We do not run advertising trackers on this site. Fonts and scripts are loaded from our own files, not from third-party advertising networks.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details only to:
- Respond to your request
- Discuss scope, availability and next steps
- Keep basic records of professional correspondence
Our legal basis is typically legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry you started) and/or steps prior to a contract, where relevant.
How enquiries are sent
Depending on setup, enquiries may be delivered via a form service (Formspree) to our inbox, or opened as a draft in your own email app. Formspree’s privacy terms apply when that service is enabled. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your request and for ordinary professional record-keeping, then delete or archive it in line with our internal practice. You can ask us to delete your enquiry details where we are not required to retain them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, and to object in certain cases. To exercise these rights, email info@novum-consultancy.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information sent to us. No method of internet transmission is completely secure; please avoid sending highly sensitive documents via the public form if a more secure channel has been agreed.
